Becky'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and torn into small pieces
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (12 oz.) sour cream
    10 oz. Ritz crackers
    3 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Mix oleo, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds and crushed crackers. (Save enough of this mixture to sprinkle on top of casserole.) Put this mixture in bottom of 9 x 12-inch glass dish.
    Add chicken on top of this.
    Make a sauce of soups, sour cream and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
    Mix well, but do not heat or cook. Pour over chicken.
    Top casserole with oleo, poppy seeds and crushed cracker mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
