Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 small, finely chopped onion
    1 pkg. thawed, frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo in small pan.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
