Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. flour
2 c. diced apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
coconut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except apples and coconut.
Add apples and pour into a 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
