Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. commercial biscuit mix
1 lb. Williams country sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature.
Combine all ingredients with hands (it will seem dry at first but keep kneading).
When well mixed, it will be a real thick dough.
Roll into small balls (they will rise some when cooked).
Can be frozen and cooked as needed.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
