Corn Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream-style corn
1/4 c. milk
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Press into greased, glass baking dish.
Cook onion and pepper in remaining butter.
Blend in flour; add corn.
Cook until thick.
Pour into crust.
Top with bacon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
