Brisket Of Beef With Hunters Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. brisket, trimmed
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced green onion
    1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    pinch of dried tarragon
    pinch of dried chervil
    1 1/2 c. skimmed meat juice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Place brisket in 2 layers of heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle 1/2 package soup mix over meat.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Seal tightly. Bake 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Refrigerate meat and juices separately.
