Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. bourbon whiskey
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 c. powdered sugar
    additional powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine the crushed wafers, walnuts, 1 cup powdered sugar, bourbon, cocoa and corn syrup in a medium size bowl.
    Dust hands with powdered sugar and roll the mixture into small balls.
    Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
    Store in a cool place until ready to serve.
