Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. cooking wine (white or red)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place meat in for several hours or overnight.
Turn meat occasionally.
