Cheese And Shrimp Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 English muffins, split
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat or baby shrimp
    1 jar Old English cheese (Kraft)
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix meat, cheese, margarine and mayonnaise with electric mixer; mix well.
    Spread on muffins.
    Freeze for approximately 1 hour and cut into wedges.
    Store in freezer in a freezer bag. Before serving, broil until golden copper, about 5 minutes, but watch them carefully.
