Chicken Casserole(97% Fat-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup (fat-free)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (fat-free)
8 oz. sour cream (fat-free)
2 pkg. Ritz crackers (light)
1 stick fat-free margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender; cool.
Cut into small pieces and place in buttered oblong casserole dish.
Mix soups and sour cream; pour over chicken.
