Microwave Chicken Marengo(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and spaghetti sauce mix in plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in bag until coated.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture.
    Cover with waxed paper.
