Broccoli Casserole (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1 small onion
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cook broccoli until slightly tender.
    Brown onions with margarine.
    Melt cheese with soup and milk.
    Mix together then put in casserole dish.
    Put cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
