Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 lb. bag marshmallows
    1 lb. M&M's plain and peanut
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and oil in pan, then add marshmallows.
    Stir until creamy.
    Take off stove and set aside.
    Mix popcorn, nuts and M&M's in a large bowl.
    Then pour marshmallow mix over it.
    Mix well.
    Press into a well-greased Bundt pan.
    Let cool 1 hour, then remove.
