Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. red snapper (per person)
    light mayonnaise
    wheat germ
    Parmesan cheese
    sesame seed
    parsley flakes (optional)
    garlic salt (optional)
    tartar sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brush a very thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of red snapper.
    Combine equal parts (1/2 cup or more) of Parmesan cheese, sesame seed and wheat germ and stir.
    Coat fish with combination.
    Place fish in greased glass baking dish.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
