Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) can chiles, chopped
    1 medium jar picante sauce (optional topping)
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until light (yellow color).
    Add all ingredients, except chiles.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in chiles.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until top is brown and center will be firm. Spoon picante sauce on top.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
