Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 can sauerkraut
    Thousand Island dressing
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Place in a Corning Ware baking dish.
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut; spread over chicken.
    Cover this with Thousand Island dressing; place Swiss cheese over all. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cool slightly to let juices set.
    Enjoy!!!
    Yields 4 servings.
