Honey Jumbos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. coffee with 4 level Tbsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Roll (not too thin). Cut with doughnut cutter or oblong sizes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Cool. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, if desired.
