Chicken Fajitas(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. canola oil or Pam
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    prepared taco sauce
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander seed
    1 tsp. basil
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tomato, cubed
    iceberg lettuce, shredded
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    pkg. 8 to 12 tortillas
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions, scallions and garlic in large pan with oil until opaque, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add chili powder, cumin, basil, Tabasco or hot sauce to taste (a few drops of smoke flavor may also be added).
    Stir, then add chicken and stir until meat is tender and cooked.
