Baked Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. orange roughy fish
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange fish in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with parsley. Combine butter and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish.
    Cover and bake 10 minutes; uncover and bake until fish flakes, about 8 to 10 minutes longer.
