Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    5 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Blend milk into soup; add salt, pepper and onions.
    Arrange layer of potatoes in greased casserole.
    Pour in 1/2 of Cheddar sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Dot with butter, cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover last 10 minutes.
