Deep South Ovenly Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    6 legs and thighs or 6 breasts, pat dry (with or without skin)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in paper bag.
    Dip chicken into milk, then place into bag.
    Shake to coat well.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch shallow baking dish.
    Pour magarine or butter over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
