Nalesniki(Rolled, Filled Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    any fruit filling
    1 Egg Beater
    1 c. flour
    salt
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly and fry in pan.
    Roll up with filling inside.
    Dip rolled pancake in egg; roll in bread crumbs and fry in butter or bacon fat.
