Egg Drop And Onion Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. boiled water
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 c. diced cooked potatoes (optional)
salt to taste
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. water
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until they are transparent and add to boiled water.
Blend water, egg and flour and drop (by 1/4 teaspoon measure) into boiling water.
Egg Drops will float when they are cooked.
(If you would like potatoes in this soup, you can dice and cook them before adding sauteed onions.)
Serves 4.
