Old Fashion Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolk and continue creaming.
    Blend in flour and vanilla.
    Roll out thin and cut into desired shapes.
    Bake just until lightly brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    (The secret is not to add egg whites.)
