Orange Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Sift first five ingredients into a large bowl.
Add shortening, juice and water.
Beat well.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Beat only enough to blend.
Pour batter into two greased cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
