Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
4 or 5 medium potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
seasoning salt
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes and layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with 4 dollops of butter and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Brown pork chops in skillet, season with salt and layer over potatoes.
Pour milk over pork chops and potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
