Mai-Kai'S Oriental Grilled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large scallops
    1/4 c. hoisin
    1/4 c. light soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger root
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cilantro
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place scallops in a plastic container with lid.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over scallops.
    Cover container and shake to coat scallops.
    Allow to marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Cook using your favorite method.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cilantro.
