Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) raspberry jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. juice from pineapple (add water to make 1 1/2 c.)
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
2 medium apples, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can whole cranberry sauce
chopped nuts for topping (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add juice and cranberries.
Mix well.
Chill until starting to set.
Add drained pineapple, apples and celery.
Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
Chill until firm.
