Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix with stuffing mix.
    Mix other ingredients; layer in
    casserole dish.
    Bake 25 or 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
