Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small (5 oz.) jar Kraft sharp cheese
    2 (5 oz.) jars Roka Blue cheese
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese warm to room temperature.
    Beat together until light, fluffy and blended.
    Beat in onion and garlic.
    Chill.
    Roll into a ball and coat with nuts.
    Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
