Orange Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
1 1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. oil

Preparation

Blend cake mix, pudding, orange juice, eggs and oil in a bowl. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Put in 3 (9-inch) pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
