Cheesy Onion-Dill Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, making a well in the center of mixture. Combine milk with oil, green onions, salt and remaining 3 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into greased muffin pans. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Yields 12 to 14.
