Peanutty Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Melt peanut butter over low heat.
Cool 3 to 5 minutes.
Beat egg whites, salt, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold in coconut and melted peanut butter.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute.
Cool on wire rack.
