Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Cut shortening into flour until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
Beat egg with wire whip.
Combine with vinegar and cold water.
Combine with flour, tossing lightly with fork.
