2 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chopped very small
3 to 4 green onions, chopped very small
1 large spoonful red pepper paste
dried mint
salt
lemon juice
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Combine ingredients and serve as spread with bread, preferably fresh baked.
