Beef Stroganoff - Breakstone'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef round steak, cut into strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Breakstone's sour cream
    hot parslied noodles
Preparation
    Brown the round steak; drain.
    Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add sour cream; stir over low heat until thoroughly heated.
    Place noodles on serving platter, top with sour cream mixture.
    Makes 4 servings.
