Garden Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 count) cans crescent rolls
    3/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 c. finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, green bell peppers, cucumbers, onions and 1 or 2 tomatoes
    3/4 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls.
    Separate into rectangles.
    Spread on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Press edges and perforations to seal.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
