Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. mayo
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    walnuts (for garnish)
Preparation
    Peel carrots and grate coarsely.
    Add raisins.
    Mix mayo, honey and vinegar.
    Add cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Pour over carrots. Chill at least 2 hours or longer.
