Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. chopped peeled apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round baking pans.
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or more.
Cool cake for 10 minutes and layer cake with whipped cream (2 cups).
