Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. sliced cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation

Cook the broccoli until tender.
Drain and arrange on a flat, flameproof dish.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Add the milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Add the bouillon and stir to dissolve.
Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Top with the chicken and cover with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Put the dish in the broiler or 375\u00b0 oven until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling hot.
