Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water to 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cubed chicken, soaked in 1/2 c. water to 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (this is in addition to other water and cornstarch)
2 c. green pepper
2 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onions
1 handful cashews
Preparation

Stir-fry chicken with a little salt until cooked.
Stir-fry vegetables.
Combine chicken, vegetables, cashews and cornstarch mixture with spices.
Serve with rice.
