Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes (before crushing)
Preparation
    Crush corn flakes.
    Drain 1/2 the liquid off salmon.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Pour mixture in pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    For a firmer loaf, use 2 eggs and 1/4 cup oleo.
