Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. rotini pasta
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 c. raw spinach
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can chopped black olives
    chopped tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Combine garlic, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in blender.
    Pour over pasta.
    Add rest of ingredients along with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well and let stand for several hours or overnight.
    Serves 10 to 12.
