High Fiber Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. bran
Preparation

Place oatmeal, coconut, walnuts, bran and salt into bowl; mix well.
Mix peanut butter and honey separately.
Combine the two mixtures.
Pack in pan.
Cool and cut in squares.
