Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Put 1 1/2 inches oil in skillet.
    Flour and salt chicken.
    Then put in pot with barbecue sauce and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
