Sweet Potatoes With Garlic In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 pieces of regular weight aluminum foil, each 10 x 12 inch
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
18 cloves garlic, unpeeled
6 sprigs fresh tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spread each foil sheet with a little margarine.
Divide sweet potatoes, garlic and tarragon equally on the foil pieces and dot with the remaining margarine.
Salt and pepper to taste.
