Cheesy Apricot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 low-fat sour cream
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    fruit dippers: try strawberries, melons, apples, bananas and mangos
Preparation
    Simmer apricots in 1 cup water.
    Cover for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    In processor or blender, combine apricots with liquid and sugar, blend until smooth.
    Add cheese, sour cream and nutmeg.
    Blend until smooth. Cover and chill.
