Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped (number of peppers according to taste)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into well-greased, hot iron frying pan.
    Cook in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until done.
