Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese with or without jalapenos
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    cumin
Preparation
    Slice cooked chicken against grain in 1/4-inch thick slices. In large bowl, combine chicken, scallions and half the cheese. Add cumin to taste.
    Place mixture onto each tortilla and roll up. Place in ungreased baking pan, seam side down.
    Pour enchilada sauce over all.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
