Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
10 oz. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into dish.
Mix bread crumbs (1/2 package seasoned stuffing mix) and 1/2 stick margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
